Jesús Ramón Vargas Soto, MSN, FNP-C, a healthcare professional whose career reflects not only clinical excellence, but also a genuine commitment to each patient’s well-being.
He began his medical journey after graduating as a Physician (MD) from the University of Carabobo (Venezuela) in 2009, where he developed a strong foundation in managing patients across hospital, emergency, and surgical settings. Driven by a desire to grow and expand his impact, he later moved to the United States, where he began a new chapter in healthcare as a Medical Assistant in urgent care, gaining valuable experience while integrating into the U.S. healthcare system and strengthening his patient-centered approach.
He later earned his nursing degree from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and went on to complete his Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Miami Regional University, graduating Cum Laude. In addition, he obtained a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Complutense University of Madrid, further expanding his approach to include a deeper understanding of human behavior and patient-centered care.
He has also enhanced his training through specialized programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, and brings clinical experience in neurology, urgent care, and infusion services, allowing him to deliver precise, safe, and patient-focused care.

At Araguaney Health, Liz Maday Morejón Padilla, RN, Co-Founder & Director of Operations, leads the strategic and operational direction of the practice, ensuring that every aspect of the patient experience is efficient, organized, and centered around the individual.
Her professional journey began with a strong foundation in communication and management, earning her Bachelor degree in Social Communication from Universidad Arturo Michelena (Venezuela) in 2009. She later completed the academic requirements for a Master’s in Business Administration at Universidad de Carabobo in 2011, strengthening her strategic and organizational vision.
Her path into healthcare began in the hospital setting, where she discovered her passion for the field and became certified as a Sterile Processing Technician, marking the beginning of her transition into the medical environment.
Committed to continuous growth, she further expanded her education by completing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Complutense University of Madrid. She later earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and is currently a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida.
From her exclusively administrative role, she leads the operational structure, process optimization, and strategic development of Araguaney Health, ensuring high standards of efficiency, organization, and quality in the patient experience.
